Comet Tweak

This is a lightweight preset workflow in the Comet system for changes that collapse into a single OpenSpec modification and don't need full design documentation. It skips the brainstorming and planning phases, jumping straight from a minimal proposal to execution via OpenSpec's apply action. Good for config tweaks, documentation updates, or medium changes that need spec tracking but not architectural deep dives. The workflow includes automatic upgrade detection: if you hit cross-module coordination, new capabilities, schema changes, or other complexity signals during execution, it pauses and asks whether to continue lightweight or escalate to the full Comet design process. It's opinionated about when simple is actually simple, which is useful discipline when you're tempted to start hacking.
