It skips brainstorming and design comparisons, creating minimal OpenSpec artifacts: a root cause analysis, single fix approach, and task list. The workflow auto-escalates if you hit signals like cross-module changes, new public APIs, or schema modifications, pausing to let you decide whether to continue as hotfix or upgrade to full Comet. It enforces systematic debugging on any test failure and won't let you archive until verification passes.
