Pulls transcriptomics data and eQTLs from the GTEx Portal API V2, giving you median TPM values for genes and variant associations across 54 human tissue sites. Built by Google DeepMind as part of their science-skills collection. You'll want this if you're doing genetic research or building tools that need access to baseline RNA expression data without scraping or managing your own GTEx datasets. Requires uv to be installed, and you'll need to acknowledge GTEx's terms of use on first run. It's a straightforward API wrapper, but it saves you from dealing with the portal's documentation yourself. The repo has 2.4K stars and passed security audits from three different tools.
