If you're doing bioinformatics work and need to query pathway data, this wraps Reactome's Analysis and Content Service APIs so you can run pathway enrichment analysis, map identifiers, navigate pathway hierarchies, and pull reaction details without leaving your editor. It's from DeepMind's science-skills collection and has passed security audits from three providers. One heads up: it requires uv to be installed and will prompt you to review Reactome's license terms on first use, creating a local record of that notification. Useful if you're analyzing gene sets or building tools that need curated biological pathway data, though you'll want to be comfortable with the Python tooling dependency.
