When you need to actually understand what a gnarly function is doing, this runs a five-layer analysis using the tldr CLI tool. It pulls AST structure, call graphs, control flow (including cyclomatic complexity), data flow analysis, and program slicing for dependencies. The output is formatted to show you everything from what calls what, to which variables affect which lines, to how complex the branching logic really is. Most useful when debugging something that doesn't make sense or preparing to refactor code you don't trust yet. It's basically the full forensic workup instead of just reading the source and hoping you caught everything.
