This is a systematic approach to improving form conversion rates for anything that isn't signup or login: lead capture, contact forms, demo requests, checkout, surveys, you name it. It starts by calculating a Form Health & Friction Index across six weighted categories (field necessity, value-effort balance, cognitive load, error handling, trust, mobile), scoring 0-100 to diagnose whether you have a testing problem or a structural problem. Below 55 means the form is broken and needs a redesign before you bother with A/B tests. The rest is field-by-field optimization guidance, multi-step best practices, error handling patterns, and mobile requirements. It's opinionated about things like single name fields by default and always-visible labels. Good for anyone who knows their form is bleeding conversions but doesn't want to just blindly cut fields and hope.
