This is a methodical three-phase approach to recording demo videos with Playwright that treats "discover, rehearse, record" as a hard workflow. The discovery phase dumps actual DOM elements before you write selectors, which catches the silent failures that usually ruin recordings (custom dropdowns, contenteditable fields, dynamic forms). Rehearsal verifies every selector with loud failures and element dumps. Recording only happens after both phases pass, using cursor overlays, natural pacing (25-40ms typing delay, 2-4s pauses), and storytelling structure. It's opinionated about never skipping phases and never teleporting the cursor. If you've burned time on recordings that break halfway through because a selector was wrong, this catches it earlier.
