This is YC office hours as a Claude skill. It forces you to answer the hard questions before you write any code: who is this actually for, what's the pain, why now, what's the MVP. You get four modes: product diagnostic (outputs a go/no/go brief), founder review (scores your repo for PMF signals), user journey audit (times every friction point in onboarding), and feature prioritization (ICE scoring across your backlog). The honest take is that most teams skip this step and build the wrong thing faster. This makes you stop and think, then hands you off to product-capability when you're ready to actually spec it out. Best used weekly or before any new feature.
