Skill Builder

This is the skill that builds skills. It's a meta-tool with templates, maturity scoring (24 points across completeness, quality, usability, and execution intelligence), and opinionated patterns for the four skill types: diagnostic, generator, utility, and orchestrator. You get scaffolding for the SKILL.md structure, guidance on when to use scripts versus LLM judgment, and integration mapping between skills. Use it when you're creating new diagnostic frameworks or CLI tools and want to follow established conventions instead of reinventing structure. The maturity rubric alone is worth studying even if you never generate a skill, because it codifies what makes these things actually usable versus just documented.
