This opens markdown files in a formatted side panel with live reload, which is exactly what you want when Claude writes a plan.md and you need to watch it update in real time. The panel auto-refreshes on file changes, renders tables and code blocks properly, and supports the usual markdown syntax. It's built for the agent workflow where you're dumping task lists or documentation to a file and want them visible alongside your terminal without alt-tabbing.
