A testing discipline for a Swift/macOS tmux multiplexer that enforces two-commit regression tests (failing test first, then fix), bans shape-only assertions in favor of runtime behavior, and standardizes on Swift Testing for everything except UI tests. The remote-tmux live fuzz is the standout: deterministic seeds drive real layout churn against a loopback sshd fixture, with dual oracles checking sizing and capture-pane content at settle. Worth it if you're shipping terminal UI where a refactor can silently break grid math or pane mirroring. The reload.sh caveat is honest: it only builds the app scheme, so test target compilation breaks hide until CI or you manually build cmux-unit.
