Cmux Release

Handles the full cmux release workflow from version bumping to GitHub tag creation. You get changelog updates pulled from commits, automated version script execution, and a pretag guard that catches build number issues before they break Sparkle auto-updates. The `/release` command does the heavy lifting, but you can also run the scripts manually if needed. Most useful when you're shipping a new minor version and want the changelog, version files, and DMG asset generation handled in one shot. The guard script alone is worth having around since mismatched build numbers will silently break the updater.
