Universal Practitioner

Takes Disney's 12 animation principles and reframes them as universal design and communication tools. You get squash and stretch as "show things respond to forces," anticipation as "prep your audience before changes," staging as "one clear idea at a time," and so on through all twelve. Each principle includes when to apply it and cross-domain examples spanning writing, leadership, product work, and teaching. It's honestly pretty good at connecting animation fundamentals to everyday work. The meta-principle is right: all twelve really do boil down to audience empathy. Use this when you need a mental model for making anything more clear, responsive, or engaging.
