This is the entry point for fiction diagnostics. When a writer says "I'm stuck" or "something's wrong but I don't know what," this skill maps symptoms to root causes across seven story states, from blank page to completed draft. It's built on the principle that there's no such thing as stuck, only undiagnosed problems. The diagnostic process identifies what state the story is in (concept without foundation, characters without dimension, plot without pacing) then routes to the specific skill that addresses it. Think of it as triage for narrative problems. It also includes entropy and function scripts for injecting randomness when diagnosis reveals the story needs fresh creative material.
