This is a systematic framework for running conversion rate optimization experiments. It walks you through the full CRO process from funnel mapping to A/B test implementation, including the PIE prioritization method for ranking test ideas and specific guidelines for sample sizes and test duration. The infrastructure section covering data warehouses and attribution is especially relevant if you're building out CRO capabilities from scratch. What I appreciate is the pragmatism around mobile testing separately and the concrete test ideas for each page type. It assumes you have the traffic and technical resources to run 2-4 tests per month, so if you're dealing with low traffic sites, the Bayesian testing callout is worth noting.
