This is a deprecated shim that forwards to bmad-prd with create intent. It exists purely for backward compatibility so existing projects with bmad-create-prd.toml overrides don't break. If you're using this, you'll get a deprecation notice and should migrate your customization file to bmad-prd.toml instead. The forwarding layer resolves your legacy settings for activation_steps_prepend, activation_steps_append, persistent_facts, and on_complete, then hands off to bmad-prd, which handles the actual PRD creation. New projects should just use bmad-prd directly since it auto-detects create intent and supports additional customization options like prd_template and validation_checklist that this shim can't access.
