It maps Disney's 12 animation principles to brand personality decisions: how much bounce signals playfulness, whether your easing curves should feel premium or energetic, when to add secondary actions for delight. The output is motion guidelines you can hand to designers and developers, with timing specs and do/don't examples. Honestly most useful if you're at a stage where brand consistency across animations actually matters. If you're just shipping features, the framework might be overkill, but the principle breakdowns are solid reference material either way.
