Competitor Analysis

This is a structured framework for App Store competitive intelligence. It walks you through identifying competitors, then systematically compares metadata, keyword rankings, creatives, ratings, and monetization strategies. The keyword gap tables are the most immediately useful part: it shows you what terms competitors rank for that you don't, and where you're being outranked. It also pulls review sentiment to find feature gaps. The output is a position map and prioritized opportunities list. Best used when you know something's not working but can't pinpoint why, or before a major metadata refresh. It's thorough but requires manual data gathering since it can't actually scrape the App Store.
