Advertising terms

These terms apply to every ad you book on Claude Marketplaces. The seller is Vinena, LLC. Last updated November 5, 2026.

What we accept

Prices are in US dollars, per slot, per month.
Each slot is a monthly subscription through Stripe. You pay for the first month at checkout.
Your first payment is at checkout. After that we charge you monthly on the same day of the month. Review usually takes less than 24 hours and is part of your first month.
Stripe invoices show your company name, address and VAT ID if you enter them at checkout.
We do not add tax at checkout.

We review every ad within 24 hours of payment.
If we approve it, it goes live at once.
If we do not approve it, we refund your first payment in full and the subscription ends.

Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Your ad runs to the end of the month you paid for. Then the subscription ends and the slot is free for others.
There are no refunds for part of a month.

We refund only when we do not approve your ad, or when another advertiser paid for the same slot a moment before you. All other payments are final.

If a monthly payment fails, we hide your ad at once.
The slot stays yours while Stripe tries the payment again. When the payment goes through, your ad shows again.
If the payment does not go through, the subscription ends and the slot is free for others.

There are 8 slots. Each slot shows one ad, with no rotation. All 8 show together in one block on every page, in slot order. On list pages, the ads also show between list items, one after every 12 items, in slot order.
A view counts when at least half of the ad block is on screen for one second, once per page view. Every ad in the block counts that view. Ads between list items count on their own, with the same rule.
Clicks go through our own redirect, so we count them on our server.
We remove known bots from views and clicks.
