This server wraps academic research APIs into a single interface for literature review and paper analysis. It searches arXiv and ACL Anthology, pulls citation graphs from Semantic Scholar, and queries Hugging Face datasets. You also get web search through Exa, Brave, or Tavily, plus PDF reading and LaTeX compilation if you need to generate documents. The LLM-powered tools (document QA, paper review workflows) require an OpenRouter key. Most tools work immediately, but the research proposal generators and PDF operations need workspace directory configuration. Useful when you're doing systematic literature reviews or need to trace citation chains without switching between browser tabs and academic databases.
