Connects Claude to 12,001 Romanian statutes and 112,257 provisions via full-text search against legislatie.just.ro sources. You get eight core tools including FTS5 search with BM25 ranking, provision retrieval by statute identifier and article number, citation validation, and currency checks to see if a law is still in force. Five EU integration tools let you trace directive implementations and cross-reference acquis transpositions. The database is pre-built at 258 MB, runs on SQLite, and returns verbatim statute text with no LLM paraphrasing. Useful if you're building Romanian legal tech, doing compliance work around GDPR implementation under Legea 190/2018, or need to validate citations before the ICCJ without opening dozens of browser tabs.
