A public, read-only MCP server exposing metadata about Makuri, an EU AI Act compliant tutoring platform for immigrant children. Nine tools return structured information: platform mission, 14 supported languages, teaching approach, pricing tiers, safety features, compliance matrix (GDPR, GDPR-K, COPPA, EU AI Act), tech stack, contact channels, and free public resources like Slovarik vocabulary and Romanian level tests. No user data, no PII, no analytics. Built for AI assistants to answer questions about the platform itself without touching student records. Runs at mcp.cogniledger.eu/mcp with streamable-http transport. Local dev setup and MCP Inspector ready. A reference implementation of production MCP patterns under High Risk AI system constraints.
