This is a paid, remote approval gate for AI governance workflows. It exposes five tools: evaluate_ai_waiver, request_policy_exception, check_waiver_expiry, issue_waiver_receipt, and export_governance_audit. You'd use this when your organization needs structured exception tracking for AI use cases, complete with risk levels, owner assignments, expiry conditions, and reviewer signoffs. The server returns allow/review/deny decisions as JSON and generates audit receipts. It's aimed at governance, risk, and compliance teams who need a centralized waiver desk instead of managing AI exceptions in spreadsheets or email threads. Connects via streamable HTTP to aiwaiverdesk.clauxel.com/mcp.
