It exposes 19 tools split across read operations (list_contacts, get_sequence, get_account_status), write operations (create groups, update contacts, pause/resume sequences), and guarded execution (launch_sequence requires explicit confirmation before sending). The architecture prevents double sends through database-level UNIQUE indexes and pessimistic locks, and it rate-limits at 120 requests per minute per token.
