This connects Claude or any OAuth-compatible MCP client to Get on Board's talent database of 1.5 million tech professionals across Latin America. You get four tools: whoami returns your authorized company context, search_talent runs semantic searches by role, stack, location, English level, and salary, while list_jobs and job_details pull existing job posts from your account to use as search briefs. Results come back as candidate summaries with skills and availability, not raw contact info. You still unlock emails and WhatsApp through the Get on Board web UI based on your subscription plan. Useful if you're recruiting remote engineers in LatAm and want your agent to source candidates without scraping LinkedIn or stitching together enrichment APIs.
