Connects Claude to the CDC's Social Vulnerability Index, which ranks every US county and census tract across four themes: socioeconomic status, household composition and disability, minority status and language, and housing and transportation. You get overall SVI scores plus breakdowns by theme, useful when you're analyzing disaster preparedness, health equity, or resource allocation and need to identify communities facing compounded stressors. The data comes from CDC/ATSDR and covers the entire country at granular geography.
