This is a remote MCP server that surfaces transformation program intelligence for AI agents supporting enterprise change initiatives. It exposes three tools: get_maturity_gap returns domain-by-domain readiness scores against a governance baseline, get_initiative_risk flags stalling or at-risk initiatives, and request_assessment triggers a manual review workflow. The free tier gives you five queries per month on your primary domain only. Developer and Org tiers unlock full portfolio visibility and risk trend data. Problem: Transformation programs produce status reports, not intelligence. Agents supporting transformation have no way to detect risk signals or surface prioritization intelligence from the initiative portfolio.

Install
A hosted, remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) — nothing to install locally. See llms-install.md for an agent-followable walkthrough.
1. Get a free API key at ontoramp.com/mcp (no credit card).
2. Add to Cline — edit ~/.cline/mcp.json (or the Cline UI → MCP Servers → Configure). Point at the unified endpoint; the old per-server URL no longer resolves:

When get_maturity_gap returns a primary-domain score below threshold, the server surfaces:

Security
- All responses are audited for public release — no scoring-formula internals, no internal domain-weight constants
- Your data is scoped to your tenant namespace and never shared across organizations
