Connects your MCP client to your live Quallaa deployment so you can manage customer conversations, escalations, and agent instructions without leaving Claude or your editor. OAuth flow is automatic, no API keys to rotate. You get read panels for conversations and escalations, write tools to resolve issues or edit guardrails, and a talk_to_quallaa tool for freeform queries when you're not sure which panel to call. Same agent memory and context as the web and SMS surfaces. Works in Claude.ai, Cursor, Cline, and Windsurf over streamable HTTP. Useful if you're already running Quallaa for customer-facing AI and want to triage or tune it from inside the tools you already have open.
