Taproot

A persistent memory layer that sits beneath Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients. Exposes eight garden operations: read, plant, find, forage for phrase search, recall recent touches, survey folders, tag metadata, and measure vault stats. Everything writes to local files you own, not vendor storage. Useful when you're tired of re-explaining context across sessions or tools, when a decision made in Claude needs to surface in ChatGPT five minutes later, or when you want your AI to pull from actual project notes instead of starting cold every time. Connects via streamable HTTP to Taproot's service layer, which handles transcription, auto-organization, and linking between notes.
