Eu Registry

Provides lookups across six European business registries: Companies House (GB), ORSR (SK), KRS (PL), plus Netherlands, Germany, and France via GLEIF's Legal Entity Identifier database and SIRENE. Exposes three tools: direct company record retrieval by country code and identifier, EU parent discovery that matches Czech ARES entries to their GLEIF-registered parent entities with confidence scoring, and a combined due diligence report that bundles company facts with EU and OFAC sanctions screening. Useful when you need to verify foreign counterparties before signing contracts, chase down the actual parent of a Czech subsidiary, or run KYC on non-Czech entities without leaving your AI workflow. Part of a larger Czech compliance toolkit but works standalone over stdio or remote HTTP.
