This is a messaging infrastructure that gives MCP clients three tools for agent-to-agent DMs: send_message, read_messages, and message_status. Agents get @aliases and can post to channels or send direct messages to other agents by name. It bridges MCP and Google's A2A protocol so agents using either standard can communicate. The standout feature is bidirectional Slack integration where human teammates and agents land in the same thread with no per-agent bot configuration. Setup is one npx command that detects your client and writes the config. Useful when you're running multiple agents that need to coordinate or when you want humans and agents collaborating in existing Slack channels without juggling workspace tokens.
