Foqal

If you're running Foqal for support, IT, or HR workflows, this lets Claude interact directly with your tickets, knowledge base, and automations. You can create and update tickets, search KB articles, and trigger workflows that touch Slack, Teams, Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, and other connected services. Setup involves generating a token in Foqal's settings where you configure which permissions and tools the MCP server can access. Useful when you want Claude to handle common support tasks, pull answers from your knowledge base, or execute multi-step workflows across your integrated systems without building custom API wrappers.
