This connects Claude to the AIDC Design Engine's rack-primary data center design pipeline. You get three tools: design (calculates rack count, PUE, MVA, cooling load from IT specs), validate (runs code compliance checks across electrical, cooling, layout, and safety with blocking/warn/info findings), and layout (generates rack plans in millimeters plus site coordinates). It's built for the Vera Rubin 800 VDC reference architecture with 100% direct liquid cooling at 45°C inlet. The backend is a deterministic 11-stage graph that goes from owner requirements through rack program, electrical and cooling topology, building fit, AHJ validation, to commissioning handover. Useful when you're sizing hyperscale or colocation facilities and need evidence-backed feasibility checks or BOM exports without opening a full BIM suite.
