You get nine tools: compare quoted prices against live fair-market-value bands, verify Ed25519 signed receipts offline, pull leaderboards of cheapest or most expensive services, and set up price alerts. The is_fair_price tool returns green, amber, or red verdicts with concrete FMV bands and sample sizes, so agents can push back on overpriced quotes before paying. Verification runs offline against a pinned publisher key. Useful when your agent spends real money through facilitators and you need citation-ready price sanity checks or auditable proof that a receipt is legitimate, not fabricated.
