Connects Claude to your personal Telegram account via MTProto user authentication, not the usual bot API. That means you can read and send messages as yourself, search across all your chats, and access DMs that bot tokens can't reach. Part of the larger claude-ops suite but distributed as a standalone MCP server over stdio transport. Useful when you want Claude to triage personal Telegram conversations, pull context from group chats, or send messages without spinning up a dedicated bot. Authentication uses your phone number and session credentials, so setup requires one-time verification.
