Exposes a single tool that returns ALLOWED, DENIED, or UNKNOWN verdicts based on vendor, purchase date, region, and plan type. The same engine powers three sibling notaries for cancellation penalties, return windows, and trial terms, all running as stateless HTTP remotes with shared request IDs and evidence contracts. Useful when you need deterministic policy decisions in agent workflows, Zendesk automations, or customer service tooling without maintaining your own vendor ruleset. Rate limited to 100 requests per minute, no auth required for the public endpoints.
