Exposes three MCP tools: swap_quote returns ready-to-execute calldata with slippage protection and a 10 bps affiliate fee already baked in, trust_check_preview runs a sample-fixture risk screen against OFAC/Goplus/Etherscan (the real paid endpoint costs $0.001 USDC per call via x402), and swap_health reports service liveness and per-source counters.
