Connects Claude to Europe PubMed Central's biomedical literature database through five focused tools: Lucene-style search across articles, full record retrieval by source and ID (Medline, PMC, preprints, clinical trials), fast abstract-only lookups, and bidirectional citation mapping (both references and citing papers). Runs as a streamable HTTP service through Pipeworx's gateway, which also offers an ask_pipeworx tool that translates natural language questions into the appropriate API calls. Useful when you need to query medical research, trace citation networks, or pull abstracts without managing Europe PMC's REST API directly. Part of a larger gateway offering 673+ data sources if you need to correlate biomedical lit with other datasets.
