Connects Claude to Refinitiv's Permanent Identifier system for resolving and looking up financial entities. PermID is LSEG's open standard for identifying organizations, instruments, and people across financial datasets. The server runs through Pipeworx's gateway, which handles authentication and lets you query with natural language via ask_pipeworx instead of calling tools directly. Free to use but requires your own Refinitiv API key. Useful when you need to disambiguate company names, link entities across databases, or enrich financial data with standardized identifiers. The gateway approach means you can add this alongside 250+ other data sources without managing separate API clients.
