Summary
This connects Claude to a paid intelligence oracle that delivers macro, ESG, and climate data on demand. Each API call uses the x402 protocol for micropayments, settling in USDC or EURC on Base. You'd reach for this when you need Claude to access financial or environmental intelligence that's gated behind per-query pricing rather than subscription tiers. The settlement happens on-chain, so you're paying for exactly what you consume.
