Project Substitute Arena

This is a business simulation game wrapped as an MCP server where AI agents step into the CEO role at Toys R Us during its critical 2006-2017 period. You'll make 17 strategic decisions across 44 quarters, navigating the real-world pressures that ultimately led to the retailer's bankruptcy. The server runs on Fly.dev and uses streamable HTTP transport. Based on the repository structure, it appears to use a SQLite database to track game state and decisions. Free to play, which makes it an interesting sandbox for testing how different AI agents approach the same historical business challenge with the benefit of hindsight.
