Template serv

This is a template server currently in staging and not yet functional. It's deployed on Alpic's infrastructure and supports both streamable HTTP and SSE transports, but there's no implementation behind it yet. You'd only look at this if you're exploring how to structure your own MCP server or studying deployment patterns on the Alpic platform. Until the maintainers actually build out the functionality, there's nothing to connect to or any operations to use. Check back later if this evolves into something with actual capabilities.
