Lets Claude or Cursor spin up local mock servers from any OpenAPI spec without leaving your editor. You can mock Stripe, PayPal, Binance, or OpenAI endpoints locally to avoid burning test credits or hitting rate limits during development. The local plane needs no account and runs entirely on your machine: install the CLI, inspect specs, serve mocks, stop servers. Add a MOCKZILLA_TOKEN and you get hosted tools to deploy persistent mocks at mockzilla.org, browse their catalog, and list your running sims. Useful for CI pipelines, agentic workflows where Claude manages the mock lifecycle, or prototyping against third-party APIs before you have sandbox credentials.
