Connects Claude to ScienceToStartup's buildability oracle for AI research papers. You get two MCP tools: get_repro_requirements pulls precomputed reproducibility requirements (dependencies, build steps, environment constraints) for any arXiv paper reference, and submit_build_attempt lets you report whether you successfully built it, with signed ed25519 receipts and Wave proofs tracking verification status. The server reads from deterministic fixtures and proof ledgers, not live scraping. Reach for this when you need Claude to check if a paper's implementation is reproducible before you invest time, or when you want to contribute your own build telemetry back to the corpus. Authenticated submissions require a developer key and are deduplicated by idempotency key.
