If you work with Primavera P6 schedules, this server parses XER files and exposes 13 tools for querying activities, critical paths, resource allocations, and earned value metrics. Built on PyP6XER, it lets you filter tasks by status or type, run DCMA schedule quality checks, analyze resource over-allocation, and retrieve WBS hierarchies or predecessor relationships. The three resources provide project summaries, activity breakdowns, and resource stats by URI. Two prompts handle general analysis and report generation in formats like executive summary or critical path focus. Useful when you need to interrogate schedule data without opening P6 itself, especially for automated reviews or quick EVM calculations.
