Gives Claude hands to work with your local filesystem through search, deduplication, organization, and file analysis operations. You point it at a directory (defaults to home), and it can hunt down files by content or metadata, spot duplicates eating up space, and surface patterns across your file tree. The stdio transport makes it a simple pip install and config drop into Claude Desktop. Reach for this when you need Claude to do more than read individual files you hand it,when you want it to understand what's actually on disk, clean up messes, or find needles in haystack directories without you having to ls and grep your way there first.
