The smart inbox tools surface emails awaiting replies or needing responses. Batch operations have conservative limits (10 emails for status updates, 5 for trash) to prevent accidents. Supports read-only mode to disable sending while keeping draft management. Comes with a Claude Code skill for Inbox Zero workflows.
