Wraps Japan's Project PLATEAU 3D city datasets into scene editing tools you can call from Claude or any MCP client. Load a Tokyo neighborhood, filter buildings by height or flood depth, delete them, extrude footprints, then export a single glTF ready for Blender, Unity, or Unreal. Ships with on-demand artifact download so you don't need to clone the data pipeline. Includes optional JSON-RPC bridging to BlenderMCP for end-to-end render workflows. All exports carry CC BY 4.0 attribution baked into the GLB extras and a LICENSE.txt. Useful when you want counterfactual urban edits or need real geometry blocks for procedural scene composition without manually scraping CityGML.
