This connects Claude to Brazil's rare disease knowledge graph covering 10,468 conditions via a streamable HTTP endpoint at raras.org. Each disease is addressable as a Disease Twin using Orphanet codes, exposing genes, HPO phenotypes, SUS coverage status, clinical trials, literature-mined treatments, and drug repurposing hypotheses. Content is Portuguese-first and source-grounded. It's designed for clinical researchers, patient advocates, and anyone building tools around rare disease information in Brazil. The server explicitly avoids diagnostic claims. You can connect without installing anything locally by pointing Claude at the public read-only endpoint, or drop the included skill file into your Claude skills directory.
