Wraps the Icelandic Met Office (vedur.is) API into six tools: current AWS observations, per-station hourly forecasts scraped from HTML, prose forecasts and text warnings, structured CAP alerts, recent earthquakes with volcanic region presets and lat/lon filters, and a station catalog for ID lookups. Accepts station names with or without diacritics and returns metric units in ISO 8601 UTC envelopes with attribution fields. The forecast scraper is fragile and falls back to national text when the upstream HTML changes, flagging responses as degraded. Useful when you need real-time Icelandic weather or seismic data in a conversational interface without managing API keys or separate HTTP clients.
